INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for providing self-generated and inbound leads sales support throughout the US. The primary focus is Anchor tenants for the ATCDC Eastern KY Colocation Services. The role will involve cold calling new potential prospects and contacting inbound leads the moment they arrive.
Key responsibilities include:
•Provide new ATCDC Colo sales.
•Implement action plans and sales strategies with our marketing efforts grow revenues.
•Develop the skill sets and product knowledge to provide customer demonstrations.
•Deliver web presentations and demonstrations to end users
•Assist customers with ATCDC solutions and configurations
•Provide consistent contact with agents to increase the visibility of ATCDC and to drive proposal activity
•Assist with partner recruitment and onboarding
•Create accurate forecasts for assigned partners
•Meet or exceed revenue targets by providing support as defined
Experience:
•Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Office tools
•Excellent telephone sales personality skills
•Prominent organization and presentation skills
•Excellent time management skills
•Highly energetic and self-starter
•Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
•Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
